Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

1. DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. RETURN PROCESS

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if theres anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order at Shop@Casely.Org. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defective, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and have been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturers defect.

We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.

3. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
